Welcome to Furpocalypse’s home in Stamford, the newly-rebranded DoubleTree by Hilton Stamford! Centered in the second largest city in the state of Connecticut, the Doubletree features a beautiful lobby with an upper level terrace.
The venue features an indoor pool, on-site restaurant, coffee shop, fitness center and a tennis court*.

Furpocalypse has a full buyout of the Doubletree by Hilton Stamford. Due to this we are able to offer our attendees a flat rate regardless of room style.
All room rates are posted as $182 per night plus applicable taxes and a $50 per night fee for incidentals that is refunded to you at the end of your stay. There is a statewide 15% hotel tax that will be added to the bill upon final checkout.
If you require an ADA room, please contact the hotel directly after your booking is complete if you are unable to select one on the hotels website. Please have your confirmation number available when you call the hotel.
We do not recommend using a prepaid card such as a Visa Vanilla or similar card as this may cause your deposit to be declined at the counter.
To complete a reservation at the DoubleTree this year, guests are required to book a minimum stay of four (4) nights.
Reservation Cutoffs: Monday, October 27th, 2026
The Doubletree by Hilton Stamford features a parking garage on-site. Parking will be available for all registered con attendees and will be $15 per day. The hotel website still will say there is a $25 per night parking fee, this is just hard baked into the Hilton website. Please be advised that there is a height limit to the garage of 6’-8”. Overheight vehicles will be able to park at a location to be determined by hotel engineering as we get closer to the con.
Check-In
Check-in time starts at 4 PM. Earlier check-ins may be accommodated by the hotel on a case-by-case basis based on availability. Minimum hotel check-in age is 21. You MUST have a responsible party 21 or over to check into your room. Furpocalypse is not able to assist individuals under 21 attempting to check into a room. Valid state or federal identification is required to be presented upon check-in.
Check-Out
Check-out time is 11 AM. Late checkouts are available at the discretion of the hotel. Please speak to the front desk to see if a late check-out can be arranged. An additional fee may apply for late check-out. Please speak to the hotel for more information.
Pet Policy
The Doubletree offers pet-friendly rooms based on availability. Please be advised that personal pets are allowed in general spaces but not allowed in the convention space of the hotel. Service animals are allowed in all areas.
Bus transportation between the DoubleTree (Main) and the Hyatt (Overflow) are being provided by both hotels for easy transportation between them.
Overflow: Hyatt Regency Greenwich

Furpocalypse is excited to announce our partner with the Hyatt Regency Greenwich as our official overflow hotel for 2026!
Featuring a onsite bar and cinema, along with a hotub, pool and a 24-hour fitness center!

However a additional fee of $25/per person for triple-occupancy and $50/per person for quad-occupancy if on the reservation shows more than two(2)-people registered in the room.
