Stamford is a big, big city – but don’t worry, no matter how you get here, there’s a rail station a small walk or a quick bus ride away, and if you’re driving, we’ve got free on-site parking for all attendees. Our home in Stamford is also located between multiple airports, so you’ve got options if you’re traveling here from further away.
Furpocalypse’s home at the Armon Hotel is only an hour’s drive from NYC (traffic permitting) or a 3 hour drive from Boston – we’re just off I-95 or the Merritt Parkway, it’s an easy drive here.
The Armon Hotel’s parking garage is available for free to all Furpocalypse attendees, though please keep in mind space may be limited, so we suggest hotel guests arrive early to ensure a parking space.

Furpocalypse’s home is located along the Northeast Corridor, with easy access to major cities up and down the east coast.
CTrail – Hartford Line, New Haven Line, Shoreline East The state of Connecticut’s rail service, CTrail provides service to Stamford from as far north as Springfield, MA, as far east as New London, CT and all the way to Grand Central in NYC. Flying to Stamford
There are quite a few airports within reach of Furpocalypse! Many of which allow for easy transfers to rail that let you get right up close to the hotel.
Westchester County Airport Westchester Airport is located west of Stamford in the state of New York and served by six airlines with which serves 21 destinations. From the airport, you can take Bee-Line Bus 0012, transfer to CTtransit Bus 971, and then transfer to CTtransit 331.

Tweed-New Haven Airport Tweed Airport is located a few towns east in New Haven, CT and served exclusively by Avelo Airlines which serves 17 destinations along the east coast. You can take a quick rideshare to New Haven Union Station, from there it’s a short Metro-North train ride to Stamford, and a 30 minute walk or 15 minute bus ride on CTtransit 331.
Bradley International Airport Bradley Airport is located in Windsor Locks, CT (north of Hartford) and served by 11 airlines with destinations all across the United States. You can take the CTtransit 30X bus, transfer to the CTtransit 950 bus to arrive at New Haven Union Station, from there it’s an hour Metro-North train ride to Stamford, and a 30 minute walk or 15 minute bus ride on CTtransit 331.
