We are pleased to announce our Artists’ Alley application process. We have a great space for our Alley this year and are excited to make it available to our vendors. Artists’ Alley spaces are half-table only (3’L x 2.5’W). Each table will have plenty of room for storage, navigation, and of course, your customers.
There is a fee of $30/day for table space in Artists’ Alley. You also need a weekend or day badge.
Table space must be claimed by 1:00 PM on Thursday and by 10:00 AM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Your space will be forfeited otherwise.
Please notify the Artists’ Alley staff if you know you will be late to arrive.
Accepting Payment
You are now REQUIRED to have a Connecticut State Tax Permit. We are no longer able to provide a checkout service for Artists’ Alley vendors. Obtain a CT Sales Tax Permit by clicking here to go to the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services website and selecting “New Business/Need a CT Registration Number.”
Adult Material
Adult materials need to be kept covered and in separately marked portfolios clearly labeled as adult material, i.e. “Adults Only”.
Content within the portfolio must be censored so no genitalia or female nipples are viewable.
All badges must be checked to verify the individual is not a minor before “Adults Only” material is viewed.
Artist Registration
- All artists must be eighteen (18) years of age or older by the start of the convention.
- Applications for the 2026 Artists’ Alley will open June 6th and close July 11th.
- All applicants will be notified of their status by August 11th.
- Applicants who are not initially accepted will be placed on a waiting list and notified should space become available.
Application Status Notifications
After the close of Artists’ Alley registration all applicants will be notified of their status. If accepted you will be required to submit payment for their space. Applicants who are not initially selected will be placed on the waiting list and will be contacted should openings become available.
Waiting List
If you were notified of being placed on the waiting list for a table space, we will contact you should a spot become available before the con.
Those people on the waiting list should check-in with the Furpocalypse Cashier an hour after opening each day in case there is unclaimed table space.
